Open evenings are back for autumn

Words by
Mara Ellison
From October, the studio stays open late on Thursdays. Come and use the benches, meet the tutors and see what everyone is making.

As the evenings get darker, the studio gets busier. From the first Thursday in October we stay open until 21:00 for open studio evenings.
What happens on an open evening
The rooms are set up for independent work. Tutors are around to help with a stuck project, check a glaze choice or show you a new technique. There is tea, and usually cake.
Thursdays, 18:00 to 21:00, October to March
Open to anyone with an open studio pass or ten-visit card
Firings and studio glazes included

New to the studio?
If you have never been, an open evening is a gentle way to see the rooms before you book a class. Drop in, have a look around and ask us anything.
